Kubernetes Consulting and Implementation
We design and build Kubernetes clusters, migrate your applications without stopping the business, and support the platform afterwards — on AWS, GCP, Yandex Cloud, VK Cloud or your own servers with OpenShift, Deckhouse and Rancher.

When Kubernetes makes sense
Kubernetes pays off when you run several services, release often and need high availability. Typical signs: manual deployments take hours, dev/stage/prod drift apart, scaling means adding servers by hand, and one failing service drags down the others. If you run a single monolith with rare releases, we will tell you honestly that you do not need Kubernetes yet.
What we deliver
Assessment and design
Application and dependency review, cluster, network and storage architecture, environment strategy.
Cluster build
Managed Kubernetes in the cloud or on-prem with OpenShift, Deckhouse or Rancher, all defined as code with Terraform and Ansible.
Containerization and migration
Docker images, Helm charts and Kustomize manifests, service-by-service migration with a rollback plan.
GitOps and CI/CD
Delivery with Argo CD or FluxCD, pipelines in GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Jenkins, canary and rollback strategies.
Observability
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Loki, alerting on key metrics, dashboards for engineers and business.
Multi-tenancy and security
Isolated team environments, RBAC, network policies, secrets management.
How we work
Discovery
We review your current infrastructure and goals and agree scope, timeline and engagement model.
Architecture
Cluster design and migration plan with readiness criteria and rollback.
Infrastructure as code
Clusters and environments built with Terraform/Ansible and stored in your Git.
Phased migration
Services move one by one; traffic switches only after metrics are verified.
Handover and support
Documentation, access and training for your team, or ongoing support from us.
Technology
Case studies
×3
Corporate platform for the financial sector
Migrated 50+ microservices to Kubernetes, automated deployments with Terraform and Ansible, introduced monitoring and logging. Critical components became 3x faster and infrastructure costs went down.
70+
PRM system migration
Moved an infrastructure of 70+ microservices between cloud regions, built Kubernetes cluster federation, GitLab CI pipelines and custom Grafana dashboards.
Crypto investment platform
High-load transaction infrastructure on a fault-tolerant Kubernetes cluster, GitLab CI and Argo CD delivery, fault-tolerant Kafka and ELK monitoring.
FAQ
How much does Kubernetes implementation cost?
It depends on the number of services, environments and availability requirements. After a short review of your infrastructure we give an estimate and timeline. We work as a fixed-scope project, a dedicated engineer, or ongoing support.
Can we migrate to Kubernetes without downtime?
Yes. Services move one at a time, traffic is switched after metrics are verified, and every step has a rollback plan.
Managed Kubernetes, OpenShift, Deckhouse or Rancher — which one?
Managed Kubernetes is simplest to operate; OpenShift, Deckhouse and Rancher fit on-prem and strict isolation requirements. We recommend after the assessment.
Do you provide Kubernetes support after the project?
Yes. We can hand the cluster over to your team with documentation and training, or keep supporting it.
Where is your team based?
Infrawizards is a Minsk-based company and a Hi-Tech Park resident. We work with clients in Europe and the CIS.
